Prof Chernick awarded grant from the MacArthur to study the housing market

Along with colleagues at the University of Wisconsin and Johns Hopkins University, Professor Howard Chernick has been awarded a grant from the MacArthur Foundation to study the fiscal decisions by cities in response to the housing market collapse impact their ability to promote safe, attractive neighborhoods, and a vibrant housing market.
