• Students are required to attend both days in full. Students unable to attend both days will need to get approval in advance from Cooperman Business Center. Location of the seminar will be shared with confirmed participants by September 30th.
• This professional level seminar will cover financial modeling, discounted cash flows, comparable company analysis and interview skills. Students will also receive a hard copy of the interview guide written by the instructor, Ashish Kohli, along with the chance to do an equity research report.
• Hunter students interested in finance, including investment banking, private equity, sales and trading, equity research, asset management and other positions have found this seminar extremely valuable. The cost of this seminar is usually $995 to corporate clients.

• The seminar will require a laptop and will be Excel-based. No prior finance or modeling experience is required, but students are expected to have basic Excel skills and some familiarity with accounting concepts. Students who have no accounting knowledge will be expected to complete some pre-course homework (to be provided).
