Requirements

The major requires 24 credits of economics courses plus Economics 200 & 201; that is, Economics 200 and 201 are required courses, but they do not count toward the 24 credits.

> ECO 200 Principles of Microeconomics
> ECO 201 Principles of Macroeconomics
> ECO 220 Techniques of Economic Analysis
> ECO 221 Economic Statistics I
> ECO 300 Intermediate Microeconomics
> ECO 301 Intermediate Macroeconomics
> ECO 321 Economic Statistics II
> 3 additional elective courses** totaling 9 credits

 *The electives may not include courses in accounting or business law.

For Those Matriculated Before Fall 2006
> ECO 200 Principles of Microeconomics
> ECO 201 Principles of Macroeconomics
> ECO 220 Techniques of Economic Analysis
> ECO 221 Economic Statistics I

   or ECO 301 Intermediate Macroeconomics
